We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Consultant with a strong foundation in project management to join our dynamic team. This role demands a proactive, results-driven leader capable of independently steering complex projects, even in the absence of direct oversight. The ideal candidate thrives in uncertain, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environments and is skilled in turning abstract ideas into actionable strategies while maintaining stakeholder alignment.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Project Leadership: Take full ownership of projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget, regardless of direct supervision.

·         Independent Decision-Making: Lead projects confidently and effectively, even when the director or senior leadership is unavailable.

·         Strategic Roadmaps: Develop and implement comprehensive project strategies tailored to client needs and objectives.

·         Change Management: Adapt and guide projects through uncertainty and dynamic environments, aligning resources and priorities to deliver outcomes.

·         Stakeholder Communication: Engage and collaborate with peers, clients, and C-level executives to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

·         Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions proactively.

·         Collaboration: Foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive execution.

·         Facilitation: Lead workshops, meetings, and discussions to drive alignment and actionable results.

·         Abstract to Actionable: Translate abstract concepts into clear project plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.

·         Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure project success, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

·         Resource Allocation: Manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of time, personnel, and budget.

·         Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and objectives.

·         Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.

·         Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, timelines, and post-project evaluations.

Job requirements

Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or a related field.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline (MBA or PMP certification preferred).

Languages: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

· Proven track record of delivering complex projects independently, particularly in dynamic and rapidly changing environments.

· Exceptional skills in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management, with a particular focus on engaging C-level executives.

·  Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on innovation and delivering value.

·  Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

·  High initiative, self-direction, and the ability to lead without direct supervision.
