•Startup Mindset & Creativity – You are comfortable with ambiguity, can self-direct, and have a bias for action. You don’t wait for directions, you find opportunities, experiment, and execute.

•AI Experience & Innovation – You are curious about AI and have hands-on experience with LLMs, automation, and AI-driven solutions. You understand the limitations and best applications of Generative AI in real-world production environments.

•Technical Excellence – You have 3+ years in engineering, with experience building and maintaining production systems, making thoughtful engineering decisions, and executing full lifecycle projects.

•Full-Stack Development – You have experience with REST APIs, LLMs, modern web frameworks, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and backend languages. You are comfortable with our tech stack: NodeJS / NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, OpenAI / Gemini, Google Cloud Platform

• Collaborative & Solution-Oriented – You are a team player who can brainstorm and innovate with colleagues, ensuring that AI and engineering decisions align with business goals. The position follows a non-traditional schedule, with varying shifts based on business needs.
